Job summary
Porch Group, via its Rynoh unit, seeks an Infrastructure Engineering Lead to design, build, and operate compliant, scalable Azure environments for regulated workloads. You will steer Platform Engineering, DevOps, and security controls within a SAFe Agile setup, while guiding a POD of DevOps, Compliance, and Release roles.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps with leadership.
- Hands-on Azure platform experience in regulated financial environments.
- Strong CI/CD, IaC, automation, and reliability engineering.
- Operational controls for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022.
- Experience with SAFe Agile and secure enterprise identity management.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on leadership for Azure infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevOps.
- Architect, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure environments for regulated workloads.
- Lead Platform Engineering including CI/CD, IaC, automation, observability, and SRE.
- Own SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 controls, audit readiness, and remediation.
- Embed security and compliance in SAFe delivery and release execution.
- Manage POD leadership and hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Lead release management for controlled, auditable deployments.
- Partner with Product, Security, Compliance, Audit, and IT Ops teams.
