Porch Group is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Lead to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms aligned with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022. The role balances hands-on architecture with people leadership and delivery accountability within SAFe Agile.

You will lead Azure-based infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevOps capabilities, ensuring secure environments for regulated workloads while embedding security into release planning and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering or DevOps with leadership
• Hands-on Azure experience in regulated financial environments
• Strong CI/CD, IaC, automation, reliability engineering
• Ownership of SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 controls
• Understanding of SAFe Agile delivery
• Experience administering Entra ID and Office 365 in secure enterprises
• Demonstrated POD leadership including hiring and performance management
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Prefer Azure Landing Zones, multi-subscription governance, cloud-native architecture, Azure SIEM tooling

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for Azure-based infrastructure and DevOps capabilities
• Architect and operate secure, scalable Azure environments for regulated workloads
• Lead Platform Engineering practices, including CI/CD, IaC, observability, and SRE
• Own SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 compliance activities and audits
• Embed security controls into SAFe Agile delivery and release processes
• Participate in architectural reviews and design decisions
• Oversee Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365 administration
• Produce reporting on infrastructure, security, and SaaS costs and trends
• Manage POD team hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance
• Coordinate with Product, Security, Compliance, Audit, and IT Operations
• Identify and remove operational and delivery risks to improve predictability
• Maintain platform health and delivery metrics, security posture, and compliance status
• Participate in internal/external audits (ISO, SOX) with evidence prep and remediation
