This remote role in the United States reports to the Chief Architect and sits in Architecture. You will define future-state architectures for Azure, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, platform engineering, observability, resiliency, and disaster recovery while modernizing a sophisticated financial infrastructure platform handling regulated

Qualifications

• 12+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture experience.
• Strong Terraform experience.
• Experience operating production financial systems.
• Deep understanding of networking and security.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the A8 Core cloud platform.
• Lead migration to cloud-native infrastructure.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep.
• Define AKS platform standards.
• Build automated deployment pipelines.
• Improve reliability, resiliency, and scalability.
• Implement platform observability standards.
• Partner with Security and Engineering teams.
• Reduce operational complexity and technical debt.
