Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. Cloud Engineer in our Infrastructure Operations group to support enterprise cloud infrastructure services with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Virtual Desktop.

This role partners with network, security, and business teams to deliver scalable, well-governed cloud services across cloud and hybrid environments. You will provision resources, automate deployments, monitor performance, enforce security controls, and drive operational maturity while

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Azure administration covering compute, storage, identity, monitoring, backup, and governance.
• Familiarity with Azure Policy, management groups, subscriptions, RBAC, and cloud governance.

Responsibilities

• Very heavy focus on Azure Virtual Desktop with Nerdio/FxLogic.
• Administer Azure infrastructure services including VMs, storage, DNS, identity integration.
• Provision and manage cloud resources using subscriptions, resource groups, tagging, and environment classification.
• Support IaC and automation toolkits to improve consistency and speed of deployments.
• Maintain security controls, least-privilege access, encryption, logging, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with observability and operations teams for monitoring and dashboards.
• Lifecycle management: OS upgrades, patching, DR readiness, cost optimization.
• Gather requirements and deliver cloud solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud, identity, OS, and app layers.
• Create SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
