Job summary

North East Medical Services is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, automate, secure, and operate our Azure-based cloud infrastructure. This role emphasizes IaC, CI/CD, and policy-driven governance across hybrid environments, with a focus on HIPAA-aligned, auditable services.

You will work with Systems, Network, Security, and vendor teams to implement landing zones, RBAC, monitoring, and disaster recovery, while reducing manual toil and ensuring reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years enterprise infrastructure experience with routing, firewalls, and hybrid connectivity.
• Proficiency provisioning Azure infrastructure with IaC (Terraform/Bicep).
• Experience building infra deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and maintains Azure landing zones per CAF and Well-Architected principles.
• Builds and runs CI/CD pipelines to validate, plan, deploy, and roll back infra changes.
• Implements policy, RBAC, secrets management, and least-privilege patterns with Security.
• Toubleshoots hybrid connectivity and ensures secure routing and resiliency.
