Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Sr. Cloud Engineer in the Infrastructure Operations group to support enterprise cloud infrastructure with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure. This role centers on Azure Virtual Desktop technology and cloud governance across hybrid environments.

You’ll partner with security, network, and business teams to deliver scalable, well-governed cloud services, drive automation, and ensure production reliability. This is an on-site role with strong collaboration requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure in an enterprise
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure administration (compute, storage, identity, monitoring, governance)
• Strong knowledge of VDI, IaaS, PaaS, networking, security and cost management
• Familiarity with Azure Policy, management groups, subscriptions, tagging, RBAC and governance
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Azure Monitor or Log Analytics

Responsibilities

• Focus on Azure Virtual Desktop using Nerdio and FxLogic
• Support Azure infrastructure services (VMs, storage, DNS, identity)
• Provision/manage cloud resources with standards for subscriptions and resource groups
• Contribute to IaC and automation for repeatable cloud deployments
• Maintain security controls including least privilege and encryption
• Collaborate with observability/ops teams for monitoring and reporting
• Assist in cloud lifecycle management: OS patches, backups, DR, capacity planning, cost optimization
• Engage with stakeholders to validate designs and deliver cloud solutions
• Troubleshoot cloud infra incidents and outages
• Create/runbooks and technical documentation
