Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Azure Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You will modernize infrastructure, strengthen security posture, and support migration efforts while collaborating with development and operations teams.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in cloud/DevOps roles, plus strong Azure, IaC, and automation skills. Onsite work in Washington, DC with TS clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 8+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Strong proficiency with Azure, IaC and automation tools; security remediation experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure including compute, network, and storage.
• Modernize infrastructure repositories and refactor IaC (PowerShell, ARM, Terraform).
• Automate deployments and workflows using IaC and scripting.
• Analyze Azure security findings to meet compliance standards.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud environments for performance and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide on Azure best practices.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines.
