Job summary

Porch Group’s Rynoh unit seeks an Infrastructure Engineering Lead to design, build, and operate secure Azure platforms for regulated financial workloads. You will balance hands-on engineering with people leadership, delivering reliable, compliant cloud solutions in a SAFe environment.

You will oversee DevOps, Compliance, and Release Management within a POD, driving CI/CD, IaC, security controls, and audit readiness while collaborating with Product, Security, and IT Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering or DevOps with leadership.
• Hands-on experience building Azure platforms in regulated environments.
• Strong CI/CD, IaC, automation, and reliability engineering.
• Experience with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 controls.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile and multi-subscription governance.
• Experience administering Entra ID and Office 365 in secure enterprises.
• Proven POD/team leadership including hiring and coaching.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for Azure-based infrastructure and DevOps capabilities.
• Architect, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure environments for regulated workloads.
• Lead Platform Engineering practices including CI/CD, IaC, automation, observability, and SRE.
• Own SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 evidence, remediation, and audits.
• Embed security into SAFe Agile delivery and release execution.
• Lead PODs and manage hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Manage Release Management for controlled, auditable deployments.
• Audit and reconcile software/hardware inventory and licensing.
