Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
Configure Conditional Access policies and manage identities.
Provide Level 1–2 technical support for users.
Monitor system health, backups, and security.
Assist with server, virtualization, and network tasks.
Document processes and support ERP/IT projects.
