Job summary

SPOC Energy is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft cloud and on‑premises infrastructure. This role focuses on administering Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 while delivering Level 1–2 support across the organization.

The ideal candidate will maintain a secure, reliable IT environment, assist with server and virtualization tasks, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Systems Administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience.
• Entra ID administration.
• Intune administration.
• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Windows administration.
• Experience supporting end users.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Manage Intune and Conditional Access policies.
• Configure and manage Azure resources and subscriptions.
• Provide Level 1/2 support for end users.
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with server and virtualization environments.
• Monitor security and backups; troubleshoot network issues.
