Priority1 is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Little Rock, AR. The role focuses on Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and cloud security, with collaboration across infrastructure, security, development, and data teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Azure experience, Windows Server knowledge, and a drive to advance cloud security and automation through PowerShell. On-site, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience in systems or cloud administration or similar.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online.
• Understanding of Azure RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, identity/access management.
• Basic PowerShell experience and interest in automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Azure resources, including VMs, storage, networking, monitoring.
• Manage Azure access using RBAC, managed identities, service principals, and registrations.
• Administer Entra ID, including users, groups, MFA, SSO, and enterprise apps.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including mail flow, licensing, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Assist with Azure security, monitoring, and Defender technologies.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell and other tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot cloud, identity, access, connectivity, and security issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve security, reliability, performance, and cost.
