Priority1 is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to join our IT team, focusing on Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. You will support and secure our cloud environment while collaborating with infrastructure, security, development, and data teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience in systems administration or similar
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
• Understanding of Azure RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity/access management
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, DNS, VPNs, and virtualization
• Basic PowerShell experience with an interest in automation
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to independently research and resolve unfamiliar technical issues

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure resources, including VMs, storage, networking, monitoring, and related cloud services
• Manage Azure access and permissions using RBAC, managed identities, service principals, and application registrations
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, enterprise applications, and identity troubleshooting
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including mailboxes, mail flow, permissions, licensing, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Assist with Azure and Microsoft cloud security, including least-privilege access, identity protection, security monitoring, and Defender technologies
• Support Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, backup, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure projects
• Use PowerShell and other tools to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency
• Work with other IT teams to troubleshoot cloud, identity, access, connectivity, and security-related issues
• Identify opportunities to improve security, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency of our cloud environment
