Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Hosting Team Lead to oversee the L3 support team within ITIL-aligned operations. The role combines hands‑on technical duties with team management and strong Azure infrastructure focus to ensure reliable cloud and on‑premises service delivery.

You will guide escalation handling, coordinate customer communications, and drive improvements across Windows Server, AD, DNS, and Microsoft 365 services while supporting virtualization and VDI environments.

Qualifications

5+ years in infrastructure/operations with prior tech-support team leadership.
Expertise in Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
Proficiency in Windows Server administration, performance monitoring, automation and troubleshooting.
Background in systems engineering and Microsoft365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
Knowledge of AD, CA, DNS, DHCP, DFS, KMS and related core infra services.

Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Hosting Team including task assignment and delivery oversight.
Onboard new team members and integrate them into processes and tools.
Lead an L3 support team handling escalations across cloud and on‑premises infra.
Oversee Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services; coordinate customer communication.
Assess infra changes from an operations perspective and provide technical guidance.
Supervise Windows Server administration and core infra services (AD, DNS, CA) and Microsoft 365 apps.
Ensure proper handling of virtualization platforms, HCI, and VDI (Citrix, AVD).
Maintain ITIL alignment and use ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Drive continuous improvements in automation, troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance.
