Job summary

Align is seeking a skilled L3 Cloud Services Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The role focuses on administering Microsoft-based infrastructures with emphasis on Office 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure, collaborating with IT Service Desk to deliver white-glove VIP support.

You will work on on-call rotations, support multi-site environments, and participate in client onboarding and training while maintaining a secure IT environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Windows-based systems administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS.
• Hands-on experience managing Office 365 and Azure AD.
• Experience with Azure AD Connect, hybrid environments, and access management.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administration for Office 365, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Act as Level 3 escalation for IT Service Desk to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineers to support and improve cloud infrastructure.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2019/2022/2025).
• Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Troubleshoot Azure MFA, Conditional Access, and Exchange Online configurations.
• Assist onboarding activities including technical assessments and client training.
• Document systems, procedures, and policies accurately.
• Address post-project support tickets escalated by Level 2/3 operations.
• Maintain infrastructure integrity through proactive maintenance and compliance.
• Lead or assist with disaster recovery tests and documentation.
