Job summary

Slate is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to strengthen identity, endpoint management, and core IT systems. You will work on Azure/Entra ID administration, Intune device management, and SSO enhancements to boost security, reliability, and user experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT systems administration/endpoint management/identity & access management.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure/Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
Experience implementing and supporting SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC/OAuth2).
Familiarity with asset management and software deployment/lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow) and escalation workflows.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Azure/Entra ID including users, groups, roles, and conditional access.
Design and enhance SSO integrations with SaaS and internal apps.
Maintain identity governance practices such as access reviews and lifecycle processes.
Manage Microsoft Intune device management and configuration profiles.
Own IT asset lifecycle processes and license compliance.
Escalate and resolve complex tickets from the service desk; drive improvements.
Identify opportunities to automate provisioning, access changes, and reporting.
