Job summary

Courser seeks an Infrastructure & Cloud Systems Engineer to own day-to-day Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure operations. You will bridge the gap between front-line support and architectural strategy, acting as Tier 3/4 escalation lead and collaborating with Security, Compliance, and Automation pods.

Responsibilities include designing Azure infrastructure, managing VNets, AVD, and Nerdio Manager, enforcing Zero Trust, and automating tasks with PowerShell and Graph API.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise systems engineering or cloud administration.
• Deep proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, 365, including CA policies, PIM, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Nerdio Manager, Azure Virtual Desktop, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core Azure infrastructure and AVD with Nerdio Manager.
• Administer Entra ID, manage directory hygiene, CA policies, PIM, and phishing-resistant authentication.
• Serve as Tier 3/4 escalation authority for identity, messaging, virtualization, and cloud issues.
• Interface with outsourced Tier 1/2 helpdesk to validate escalation workflows and maintain SOPs.
• Partner with Security & Compliance to enforce SOC 2 controls and incident response processes.
• Drive automation with PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Graph API.
