Job summary

Eversource Energy seeks a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to manage Azure cloud infra, CI/CD, and IDP initiatives. You will lead automation, governance, and secure deployments while mentoring teams to adopt modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities include designing landing zones with Terraform, building IDP with Harness/Backstage, and enabling product teams with reusable templates and secure pipelines across AKS/OpenShift.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud architecture.
Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and IaC practices.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and artifact management.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain Azure landing zones using Terraform.
Develop Internal Developer Platform (IDP) with Harness and Backstage.
Engineer CI/CD pipelines with Harness, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
Implement GitOps across AKS, OpenShift, and Docker.
Lead automation, observability, and security in deployments.
Mentor engineers and enable developer self-service.
Collaborate across teams to drive governance and platform improvements.
