Job summary

Prismarq LLC is seeking an Azure DevOps (ADO) Practitioner / Technical Lead to partner with the FD&E leadership during the transition to a centralized ADO instance. This is not a development role; you will act as an ADO expert and advisor ensuring portfolio visibility, standardized reporting, and future portfolio management support.

You will work closely with the project lead, answer day-to-day ADO questions, validate feasibility, and assist teams in onboarding to ADO following Azure standards

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong understanding of governance models and reporting structures.
• Experience translating portfolio needs into ADO configurations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Azure DevOps structure, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with project lead to translate portfolio and reporting requirements into ADO configurations.
• Provide guidance on ADO work item hierarchy, processes, custom fields, queries, and dashboards.
• Setup and validate ADO dashboards and native reporting.
• Advise on Service Tree alignment and data structuring for portfolio management.
• Assist TPM onboarding to Azure DevOps and ensure adherence to standards.
• Answer frequent ADO questions with clarity, patience, and consistency.
• Bridge portfolio needs with ADO platform capabilities and future app integrations.
