Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Microsoft Azure DevOps in an enterprise setting.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines, boards, and permissions management.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows, branch policies, and repository governance.
• Experience governing CI/CD pipelines, including YAML pipelines and build/release workflows.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles, security integrations, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshooting permissions, pipelines, repositories, and platform integrations.
• Excellent communication skills to guide teams and document best practices.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering, security, and Agile teams.
• Certifications in Azure DevOps or Azure Cloud are a plus.

• Standardize configurations, manage permissions, and optimize asset cleanup for governance.
• Monitor platform health, usage, and costs to implement continuous improvements.

• Collaborate with security teams to enforce DevSecOps practices and implement security guardrails.
• Support Agile teams with Azure Boards configuration for Scrum, Kanban, and other workflows.
• Integrate Azure DevOps with security, cloud, and reporting tools, managing service connections and APIs.
• Lead governance forums, develop standards, and ensure compliance across platform use.
