Altria Client Services LLC in seeks a senior Associate Manager, Cloud Service Delivery Engineer to own Azure operations, FinOps, and governance for enterprise cloud environments. This role partners with service providers, technology teams, finance customers, and business partners to optimize cloud investments and automate processes.

Your leadership will guide Azure deployments, automate provisioning, and uphold security and compliance standards while driving performance and cost efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent
• 8+ years in cloud engineering, infrastructure operations, or related fields serving enterprise-scale environments
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and VMware
• Experience working with managed service vendors and third-party partners
• Demonstrated FinOps experience including cloud cost management and forecasting
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux, networking concepts, Azure governance, security, and monitoring
• Automation of infra and operational processes using PowerShell, ARM templates, or similar
• Azure DevOps administration and pipeline configuration
• Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintaining relationships with managed service providers and internal teams for day-to-day Azure operations.
• Designing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Implementing FinOps to monitor consumption, forecast costs, and optimize resources.
• Automating cloud operations and reporting using PowerShell, ARM templates, and related tools.
• Ensuring Azure environments meet security, governance, and operational standards.
• Providing technical guidance and resolving cloud infrastructure challenges.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, standards, and procedures for Azure operations and FinOps.
• Collaborating with technology, finance, and business customers to align cloud capabilities with goals.
