Job summary

Ariel Partners in New York seeks a senior cloud and data specialist to support HEAP-related systems through post-go-live stabilization, data integration, reporting, and payment processing workflows.

You'll monitor Azure and Power Platform components, optimize Synapse analytics, ensure data quality, and collaborate with business teams to deliver timely reports and improvements while adhering to security standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Azure (Cloud & Hybrid) and Power Platform.
• Experience with Synapse Analytics and SQL development.
• Data warehousing, ETL/integration, and real-time reporting.
• Monitoring, performance tuning, and production support experience.
• Security, access control, and financial data reconciliation expertise.
• Familiarity with PA/NPA, HEAP365, Autoheaters, SSI payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-go-live support and stabilization for HEAP-related systems.
• Monitor production systems for stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, system, and integration issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Develop real-time, scheduled, and ad hoc reports; ensure data accuracy.
• Manage and validate monthly/annual payment processing cycles.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver improvements.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure security compliance.
