Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Austin, TX, is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Azure) to drive retention, adoption, and growth for Azure CSP customers.

You will align Microsoft cloud capabilities with SHI services to deliver measurable business value across an assigned portfolio. You will lead Azure strategy, conduct QBRs, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with sales, technical teams, and partners to ensure successful cloud journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in sales, customer success, account management, cloud services, or related advisory role.
• Azure, Microsoft certifications preferred and may be required for development.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Azure customer experience for CSP customers, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Lead recurring engagement activities including QBRs, monthly touchpoints, and roadmap discussions.
• Identify and drive Azure growth opportunities through optimization, modernization, governance, FinOps, and managed services.
• Coordinate with sales, technical specialists, services, support, and partners to align cloud outcomes with business value.
