The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Azure support, providing technical troubleshooting for enterprise applications. Responsibilities include acting as the L3 expert for Azure systems, collaborating with multiple teams, and maintaining secure architectures. This full-time role emphasizes automation and cloud technologies, requiring hands-on experience with automation tools such as Terraform and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years supporting Azure environments in an engineering or production support capacity.
• Proven experience as an L3 support engineer across Azure applications, networking, and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, IaC, and Cloud troubleshooting principles.

Responsabilités

• Act as the L3 escalation point for Azure apps, infrastructure, and production environments.
• Support pre‑production and post‑production deployments for enterprise Java applications.
• Implement and maintain scalable, secure Azure architectures.
