Job summary

Sela is seeking an Account Executive based in the Austin or Dallas area to drive net-new business and expand existing cloud and AI workloads, focusing on Azure and Microsoft co-sell opportunities. You will own the full sales cycle for cloud professional services, build relationships with Microsoft field teams, and collaborate with our technical team to scope meaningful engagements.

This is a remote-first role with frequent on-site work at Microsoft offices in Austin or Dallas; base salary ranges

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B technology sales experience.
• Proven ability to hit targets and build pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and partner ecosystem.
• Comfortable selling services and managed engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for cloud professional services engagements.
• Develop relationships with Microsoft field teams in Austin or Dallas.
• Identify new business opportunities with startups and mid-market clients.
• Collaborate with architects to scope proposals and support discovery.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasting in CRM.
• Represent Sela at Microsoft and cloud industry events.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy around AI and cloud workloads.
