The role emphasizes technical leadership with people management, focusing on modern Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and enterprise-grade applications. Collaboration with legal tech and enterprise teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent cloud architecture experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering and 6+ years building cloud apps.
• 3+ years of direct people management and team leadership.
• Strong guidance, mentoring, and delegation skills.
• Experience with .NET, React, and Azure cloud platforms.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the cloud-native platform architecture on Azure.
• Lead backend development with .NET and front-end components as needed.
• Mentor engineers and grow cloud engineering capabilities.
• Own multi-stage Azure DevOps pipelines and deployments.
• Drive performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
• Perform code reviews and enforce SOLID and best practices.
