Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a senior Disaster Recovery lead to design, implement and continuously improve enterprise DR strategies across on‑premise and cloud environments. You will drive automation using Azure-native solutions to shorten recovery timelines and ensure successful DR execution for infrastructure, applications, databases and cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes governance, risk, and compliance collaboration with GRC teams, audit remediations, and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services or Insurance.
• Knowledge of Azure Site Recovery and Azure Backup implementation.
• Experience with automation tools PowerShell Terraform or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, testing and continuous improvement of enterprise Disaster Recovery strategies and capabilities.
• Drive DR automation initiatives using Azure native and cloud-based resiliency solutions to improve recovery effectiveness and timelines.
• Ensure DR programs run across infrastructure, applications, databases and cloud environments.
• Assess DR capabilities across cloud platforms with focus on Microsoft Azure and exposure to AWS.
• Validate RTO and RPO for critical services and implement cloud-based backup, replication, failover and recovery.

• Ensure testing outcomes meet audit regulatory and business requirements.
• Stakeholder Program Management.
• Partner closely with the Business Continuity Program Manager to align business continuity and disaster recovery objectives.
• Coordinate cross functional teams across Infrastructure Cloud Security Application and Business units.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for DR governance status reporting and executive communications.
• Present recovery readiness metrics risks and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Asset Infrastructure Resilience.
• Support DR related processes tied to IT Asset Management Configuration Management and Critical Infrastructure protection.
• Monitor recovery readiness and recommend enhancements based on testing results audit observations emerging risks and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services Insurance or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Azure Site Recovery Azure Backup and Infrastructure-as-Code automation.
• Experience with PowerShell Terraform Azure DevOps or other automation tools.

Relevant certifications such as

• Microsoft Azure Administrator Architect
• Certified Business Continuity Professional
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional
• Certified Information Security Manager

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
