Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS in the United States is seeking a Cloud Administrator to support deployment, integration, and operations of Windows virtual servers across on-premises VMware vSphere and Azure cloud environments. The role includes AD/Cloud identities, SCCM/Intune management, and end-to-end automation with PowerShell.

The ideal candidate has active DoD IAT II or higher certification, is a U.S. citizen, and can work with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Office 365 workloads.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required by law for access to sensitive information.
• Active DoD IAT Level II (or higher) certification required (CySA+, SSCP, Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GSEC).
• 5+ years' experience administering cloud frameworks.
• Experience with Azure AD, Intune, and Cloud resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deployment, integration, operations and maintenance of Windows virtual servers (on-prem VMware vSphere and Azure).
• Provide support for Office 365 workloads and Azure cloud in customer environments.
• Implement cloud governance, automation via PowerShell, and incident response activities.
• Collaborate with project teams, communicate status to leadership, and mentor teammates.
