Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator (Mid-Level, Senior or Lead) to join our team in Daytona Beach, FL, to design, build, and sustain secure Azure-based infrastructure for enterprise workloads. The role emphasizes automation, reliability, and collaboration across engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cloud infrastructure with Azure/AWS, hands-on IaC experience (Terraform/PowerShell), and the ability to obtain SAP access.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Management
• 3+ years of experience designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure and services with Azure or AWS
• 3+ years of experience writing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep, ARM, or Terraform
• 3+ years of experience writing PowerShell or other scripts to automate deployment and configuration of operating system

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Azure-based infrastructure solutions including networking, compute, storage, identity integration, and supporting services
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration automation solutions using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Bash
• Implement cloud policies to enforce security, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage user access
• Build repeatable landing zones and cloud infrastructure patterns that support multiple application teams and enterprise services
• Support environment standup, expansion, patching, upgrades, backup, and disaster recovery planning
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities to maintain infrastructure health and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues related to connectivity, performance, availability, and integration
• Support cloud migration planning by preparing foundational infrastructure services and shared dependencies
• Collaborate with architecture, networking, platform, and application teams to align infrastructure designs with program requirements
• Document infrastructure standards, operational procedures, and support models
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
• Support operational readiness, change management, and configuration control processes
• Participate in capacity planning and high availability design efforts
