Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Cloud Platform Administrator (Mid-Level, Senior or Lead) to join the Specialized United States Infrastructure Operations. The role is based in Daytona Beach, FL, with additional locations in Berkeley, MO and Seattle, WA.

You will help build and operate cloud platform services, focusing on reliability, scalability and repeatability across teams. You will define platform standards for Kubernetes, container hosting, deployment automation and operational support,

Qualifications

Ability to obtain access to SAP.
3+ years in cloud platform engineering and/or product management.
3+ years with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
3+ years with GitLab, Azure DevOps and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain cloud platform services for Kubernetes, containers, ingress, storage, secrets, and service connectivity.
Develop reusable deployment patterns for COTS, OSS, and internal apps.
Automate platform provisioning, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle support.
Manage cluster lifecycle activities and platform health.
Onboard services onto the platform with partner teams.
Troubleshoot hosting, connectivity, and integration issues.
Provide monitoring, logging, and alerting support and improve deployment consistency.
Document standards and support procedures; mentor junior engineers.
