Job summary

FTS, Inc. is seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to own and support our Azure cloud environment and Microsoft technology stack. This hands-on role covers cloud infrastructure, systems administration, and end-user support in a hybrid work setting.

You will design, deploy, and manage Azure resources, monitor performance, enforce security, and collaborate with IT to ensure business continuity in a healthcare-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cloud infrastructure or systems administration with Azure.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem including Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience providing end-user support in addition to infrastructure work.
• Onsite availability Tuesday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure and AD/Entra ID.
• Administer Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and related tools.
• Monitor performance and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Manage identity, access, and MFA/conditional access policies.
• Support networking components (VPNs, DNS, firewalls).
• Provide end-user technical support for employees.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Implement security best practices across Azure and endpoints.
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Collaborate with IT/security on infrastructure projects.
