Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a Team Lead Cloud Engineer to deliver secure, scalable Azure and Entra ID cloud services with governance across Microsoft platforms. Hybrid role based in Cranberry Township, PA, reporting to the Sr. Manager – User Experience & Collaboration.

You will lead Azure platform engineering, drive operational excellence, and partner with architects to implement enterprise cloud strategy across Azure subscriptions, identity services, and M365 governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering experience in Azure, Entra ID, or enterprise cloud identity.
• 1–2+ years of technical leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in cloud platform governance and automation.
• Strong Azure platform engineering and governance knowledge.
• Expertise in Entra ID, identity lifecycle, Conditional Access, and authentication frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide cloud engineering leadership for Azure, Entra ID, and cloud identity teams.
• Oversee governance of Azure subscriptions, resource groups, and landing zones.
• Implement standardized RBAC, policy frameworks, automation, and monitoring.
• Guide cost management, security posture, and performance tuning.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise cloud strategy and architecture.
• Lead M365 tenant governance and hybrid identity initiatives.
• Develop automation patterns using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
