Job summary

Resource Innovations (RI) seeks a Microsoft System and Identity Administrator to support enterprise identity, cloud services, and security across Microsoft Entra ID, 365 apps, and Azure. You will assist with user provisioning, MFA, SSO, and governance, collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to maintain a modern cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in IT infrastructure or identity management.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, AD, Azure, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiar with SSO, MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity and access management, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Support Workday and Entra synchronization for lifecycle management.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and Azure cloud platforms.
• Develop operational docs and support procedures.
