Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a Microsoft System and Identity Administrator to manage identity, cloud services, and security across Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure. You’ll support employee provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC, while ensuring governance and compliance in a modern cloud-first environment.

You’ll collaborate with security, infrastructure, HR, and business stakeholders to optimize identity workflows, MFA, SSO, and audit readiness, advancing RI's energy transformation mission.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure, systems admin, cloud technologies, or identity management.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with core IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
• Exposure to Azure services such as virtual machines, networking, storage, or monitoring tools.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, or Intune.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and cloud-based platforms.
• Basic PowerShell scripting or automation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identity and access management administration and lifecycle provisioning.
• Support integration between Workday and Microsoft Entra.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and Azure cloud platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot authentication, SSO, and security controls.
• Create operational documentation and support procedures.
