Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to manage and optimize Azure-based cloud infrastructure, with hybrid on-prem integration. You will use Terraform and Azure DevOps to automate provisioning and support secure, resilient workloads, onsite four days a week.

The role emphasizes identity, security, monitoring, and disaster recovery for Azure environments, with opportunities for growth and development within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of Azure administration and enterprise systems experience.
• Hands-on with Azure IaaS and PaaS services and related components.
• Experience with Terraform workflows for Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Entra ID/AD, GPO, Azure RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize the Azure infrastructure for secure, reliable workloads.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Design and support cloud and hybrid solutions integrating Azure with on-premise infra.
• Implement identity, security, and monitoring requirements with IT security teams.
• Deliver backup, recovery, and BC/DR capabilities for Azure workloads.
• Improve infrastructure efficiency, reliability, and cost through upgrades and tuning.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and Terraform modules for cloud services.
