Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks an Azure Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Azure environments. You will manage hybrid cloud setups, deploy AKS, VMs, App Services, and Storage, and ensure security, governance, and cost efficiency across large-scale deployments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Azure experience, Terraform/ARM/Bicep expertise, and strong scripting in PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, security, and identity management.
• Hands-on experience with AKS and container technologies.
• Expertise with Terraform, ARM Templates, and/or Bicep.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Python automation.
• Cloud security, governance, compliance, and cost optimization knowledge.
• Experience with Azure monitoring and logging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure Azure architectures.
• Deploy and manage Azure services including VMs, App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage.
• Architect disaster recovery solutions using AZ Availability Zones, Azure Site Recovery, and GRS.
• Lead migrations of on-premises infrastructure to Azure with Azure Migrate and Site Recovery.
• Configure hybrid environments with VMware/Hyper-V and Azure integrations.
• Implement hybrid connectivity with VPN Gateway and ExpressRoute.
