Job summary

VSolvit is seeking an Azure Cloud Architect SME to provide strategic leadership, technical guidance, and hands‑on engineering direction for complex cloud projects. You will validate designs, architect Azure Mission Landing Zones (MLZ) with IaC, and drive Zero Trust and CNSS implementations in DoD‑aligned environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2–4 years of cloud engineering with Azure administration and architecture.
• DoD SCCA expertise and secure cloud design guidance.
• Hands-on IaC with Azure Bicep or ARM templates; CI/CD toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Validate designs and guide Azure MLZ deployments with IaC.
• Lead security and compliance for DoD cloud architectures (SCCA, FRD).
• Implement and sustain Cloud Native Security Stack and AFW‑P configurations.
• Develop secure CI/CD pipelines and ensure high availability across Azure Gov and Commercial.
