Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking an IT Cloud Architect to join its infrastructure team and lead enterprise cloud initiatives across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP, focusing on security, scalability, and performance. 3 days per week onsite.

This role combines hands-on architecture with strategic advisory, mentoring technical teams, and guiding modernization efforts while shaping cloud strategy for the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud architecture.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Cloud migration and modernization experience.
• Understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud security concepts.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of cloud platforms across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Drive security, scalability, and performance improvements in cloud environments.
• Mentor and guide technical teams on cloud best practices and modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape enterprise cloud strategy and roadmaps.
