Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an IT Cloud Architect to join its infrastructure team and lead enterprise cloud initiatives across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP, ensuring security, scalability, and performance. This role is hands-on and advisory, helping teams modernize infrastructure, improve security, and adopt cloud best practices while mentoring engineers and delivering complex projects.

The position requires on-site presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud architecture experience.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Cloud migration and modernization experience.
• Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud security concepts.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Serve as hands-on architect and trusted advisor to modernize infrastructure.
• Mentor technical teams and drive cloud best practices and compliance.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver complex cloud projects.
