Job summary

Kaufman Rossin seeks a Senior Azure Architect to lead cloud modernization across Azure and AWS, shaping security, performance, and cost models. You will guide migrations, design data platforms, and build AI-enabled architectures for the firm’s enterprise needs.

You will own the architecture strategy, collaborate with Platform Engineering, and establish standards across Azure services, with emphasis on governance and scalable design.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands on experience designing solutions across Azure and AWS.
• Demonstrated end-to-end cloud migration leadership across multiple workloads.
• Deep expertise in Azure data platforms (ADLS Gen2, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Fabric).
• Experience designing AI solutions with retrieval augmented generation and LLM integration.

Responsibilities

• Establish cloud architecture standards, guardrails, patterns, and decision frameworks for engineering teams.
• Translate business objectives into long term architecture blueprints using TOGAF or equivalent.
• Lead current/future state assessments to identify gaps, risks, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop Architecture Decision Records for major platform decisions and lead architecture reviews.
