Job summary

Softensity Inc. is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to troubleshoot Azure-based issues and optimize SQL-driven workflows. You will support a cloud platform, investigate production incidents, and collaborate with engineering to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

3+ years in Application Support, Production Support, or Technical Operations.
Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
Experience with Azure Portal, Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
Intermediate SQL skills for database investigation.
Experience supporting APIs and web-based applications.
L3 support experience and end-to-end incident management.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities
