Synergis in Atlanta seeks an experienced Azure Enterprise Automation and AI Platform Engineer to govern, secure, and scale cloud-based automation and AI platforms. This hybrid role collaborates with IT and business teams to deliver cost-efficient, compliant solutions.

Lead architecture, standards, and environment strategies across development, testing, and production while ensuring data protection, access controls, and governance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise productivity, automation, Azure cloud, or AI platforms.
• Hands-on with low-code development, workflow automation, data platforms, or AI agents.
• Strong understanding of cloud productivity environments and their integrations.
• Experience with Azure AI, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure services and M365.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, governance, and standardization of enterprise automation and AI platforms.
• Define environment strategies across development, testing, and production.
• Establish data protection, integrations, access controls, and platform usage policies.
• Manage lifecycle of automated workflows, applications, virtual agents, and AI solutions.
• Develop standards that promote solution reuse, maintainability, scalability, and operational reliability.
• Integrate automation and AI solutions with cloud services, APIs, identity platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor platform usage, solution performance, capacity, adoption, licensing, and costs.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate solutions, reduce duplication, and improve efficiency.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to enforce least-privilege access and manage data-exposure risks.
• Define intake, evaluation, approval, and prioritization processes for automation and AI use cases.
• Provide guidance to teams on standards, development practices, and governance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure and scalable solutions.
• Balance governance and risk management with business enablement and innovation.
