AT&T in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Lead Systems Engineer to drive Azure cloud transformation and DevOps automation for critical enterprise systems. You will design CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and deployment automation, mentoring engineers while collaborating across security, architecture, and operations to deliver scalable platforms.

Deep Azure expertise and migration leadership are required, with hands-on Terraform, Kubernetes, and automation skills for enterprise-grade environments.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, identity, governance).
• Experience leading cloud migration and application modernization.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Terraform, ARM, Bicep, Helm.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS).
• Scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and platform governance.
• Experience supporting production environments and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Support Azure-based infrastructure architecture, automation, and operations.
• Drive migration and modernization of legacy apps to Azure.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and IaC deployments.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps and platform reliability.
• Collaborate across security, architecture, and operations teams.
• Establish monitoring and reliability practices across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Lead production support and incident response.
