Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Customer Identity Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support Azure AD B2C based identity services. You will work with cross-functional teams to uphold security, reliability, and customer experience.

Responsibilities include developing IAM features, dashboards, and documentation; maintaining policies and UI; and enabling continuous improvement through Agile practices. Remote role with potential on-site presence near Dearborn, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years in IAM and security
• Experience with Azure AD B2C
• Ability to design, deploy, and support IAM features
• Experience with monitoring and diagnostics
• Strong communication across diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, engineer, deploy, and support new Azure AD B2C features
• Support tactical and strategic IAM solutions to improve security posture
• Develop and implement IAM strategies and roadmap
• Maintain dashboards and monitoring systems
• Handle day-to-day requests, incidents, and problems
• Create technical documentation and API references
• Use Agile methods to deliver high-quality software
• Automate deployment and testing pipelines
• Maintain Ford custom policies and UI elements
