Job summary

Olen Properties is seeking a skilled Regional Maintenance Supervisor to join our Arizona team. This role involves overseeing maintenance training, ensuring quality control for apartment upgrades, and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in residential property maintenance, a high school diploma, and universal HVAC certification.

You will be responsible for implementing training, supervising property inspections, and developing preventive maintenance programs. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) plan with matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-years residential property maintenance experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Universal HVAC certification is necessary.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Implement training programs for maintenance staff.
• Supervise the Make-Ready and Upgrade process.
• Review and verify Property Inspection Reports.
• Monitor completion of work orders and maintain service history.
• Assist in defining scope and supervising capital improvement projects.
• Conduct landscaping inspections with Managers and Contractors.
• Create and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Perform monthly property inspections.
