Rise Services Inc. is seeking Early Intervention Developmental Specialists to join the AzEIP program as independent contractors. The role involves working with families of children birth to three in the Phoenix area, starting part-time with potential to grow to full-time.

Strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and travel within assigned zip codes is required. The position emphasizes evaluations, planning, and ongoing services in natural environments, with evening/weekend availability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education with an Early Childhood Endorsement, or Family Studies.
• Completion of the AzEIP Standards of Practice and Early Interventionists within three years of employment.
• Experience with AzEIP policies and procedures.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to attend meetings/trainings.
• Must pass background check and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsabilités

• Provide evaluations, assessments, planning, and ongoing services with families.
• Demonstrate knowledge of AzEIP Core Team Model and policies.
• Participate in one-on-one sessions with clients.
• Deliver supports in natural environments (home, daycare, park, etc.).
• Maintain flexible schedule for evenings or weekends as needed.
