MassMutual is seeking an experienced Actuary for the Life Valuation Modeling team. The role supports valuation projections on Par Whole Life, Term, UL and VUL products, with emphasis on Axis modeling and regulatory compliance.

You will apply deep modeling expertise, lead complex valuation projects, and communicate Stat, Tax and GAAP results to stakeholders while aligning with governance standards. This position offers growth within a collaborative actuarial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• ASA designation.
• 4+ years of actuarial experience within insurance, financial services, or a related quantitative field.
• 1+ years of experience with Axis.

Aufgaben

• Apply deep modeling expertise to valuation projections in Axis.
• Execute complex projects such as Cash Flow Testing, new product implementations, assumption changes, and structural model updates.
• Deliver and explain Stat, Tax and GAAP financial results.
• Develop and improve valuation model control and versioning methodologies.
• Improve efficiency by communicating with internal and external technology partners.
• Navigate life insurance regulations to valuation software.
• Collaborate with audit stakeholders to demonstrate regulatory and model governance compliance.
• Respond to stakeholder questions and unexpected results under deadlines.
