Job summary

Inadev is seeking a hands-on Test Lead to drive quality engineering for enterprise applications on AWS. You will design automated testing frameworks, lead accessibility testing, and oversee performance testing while mentoring a team of test engineers.

The role requires collaboration with DevOps, architects, product owners, and leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and accessible software throughout the SDLC in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in software testing and quality assurance.
• Leads testing efforts for large-scale enterprise apps.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and SDLC/Agile/DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities across multiple Agile teams and releases.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, processes, and standards.
• Mentor QA/test engineers and automation engineers.
• Review test plans and scripts for quality and completeness.
• Drive defect triage and root cause analysis.
• Track quality metrics and release readiness.
