Job summary

Inadev is seeking a Database Architect/Technical Lead to guide the engineering work of a Sprint Team. You will own technical direction and code quality for your team, mentor developers, and ensure solutions align to cloud-native, AI-augmented architecture standards.

Responsibilities include setting design direction, reviewing code, and driving delivery with a focus on AWS and CI/CD practices. Collaboration with Scrum Master and Product Owner is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on development experience with modern cloud-native stacks.
• Experience with AWS services and CI/CD delivery.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and design direction for the Sprint Team.
• Own code quality, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Translate architecture standards into team-level implementation decisions.
• Mentor developers and support their technical growth.
• Partner with the Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery and sprint scope.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tooling within the team.
• Resolve technical impediments and coordinate cross-team integration points.
