Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle seeks a Specialist for AWS PXT Business Operations and Internal Engagement to drive the people agenda across HR. You will own cadences, platforms, and communications that keep a global organization aligned, accountable, and connected, leveraging AI-enabled processes.

You will build scalable mechanisms, manage goals and dashboards, and lead cross-team partnerships, ensuring data quality and rapid execution across the AWS PXT org.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in HR, talent, management consulting, or project/program management.
• Experience communicating with leadership and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full AWS PXT cadence: WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, offsites, and strategic planning.
• Leads AI-enabled automation of business review mechanisms and dashboards.
• Manages long-range and annual planning processes with cross-functional alignment.
• Leads internal engagement programming: Town Halls, forums, and recognition programs.
• Partners with AWS PXT Leaders on QBR documents, People Plan development, and cross-functional coordination.
