Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Tech Practice Leader – Migration and Modernization to build and lead a practice serving mid-market customers. You will own strategy, portfolio, assets, governance, and talent development to migrate, modernize, and operate workloads on AWS with enterprise-grade quality.

The role requires hands-on AWS credibility, migration leadership, and executive stakeholder engagement to create repeatable offerings and scale the practice globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cloud architecture, technology consulting, platform engineering, systems integration, or transformation delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define the migration and modernization strategy, services portfolio, investment priorities, operating model, delivery capacity, and growth roadmap.
• Lead offerings across discovery and assessment, migration planning, landing zones, VMware and data center exits, application and database migration, replatforming, refactoring, containers, serverless, DevOps, resilience, security, FinOps, and managed-services transition.
• Carry direct accountability for $50M–$100M in annual practice bookings and revenue, partner with sales leaders and AWS field teams to originate and qualify opportunities.
• Act as the senior technical and commercial sponsor for priority deals, owning discovery, solution differentiation, estimation, risk, executive presentations, proposal quality, and technical close.
• Create packaged solutions for AWS co-sell and Marketplace with clear scope, price, outcomes, and procurement paths.
• Build market demand through campaigns, executive briefings, workshops, and industry-specific sales plays.
